These terms apply to the ConvergeQL marketing site and remain separate from any future product or service agreement.
ConvergeQL is a public product-marketing preview from Measured Studios. The site describes a proposed product direction and a locally testable foundation. It does not provide a released warehouse integration, authenticated service, or production data-modeling capability.
Viewing the site or sending a design-partner inquiry does not create an account, client relationship, service commitment, warranty, or reservation of capacity. Any work requires a separate written agreement.
Synthetic examples are illustrative. Foundation platform profiles, planned controls, and proposed workflows are not customer results, certifications, guarantees, or proof that a provider integration is available.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit abusive material through linked services, or misrepresent the site's examples as production or customer evidence.
